The easiest way is starting at Menaul, go North on 4th, and stay in the right lane.
You will pass 3 side streets (Woodland , La Poblana, and Phoenix).
You will see an orange sign with the name "elixir" in white lettering- PARK in this lot (on the right side in the shade).
Take a short walk north to the next driveway (crazy deliveries, so we keep this narrow driveway open).
This is 3000 4th- complete with turquoise blue panel doors.
If you hit Claremont, circle round the block.
